Meddygfa Star covers the Star and Penmynydd areas of Ynys Mon, North Wales. We provide general medical services under the National General Medical Services contract for an area bordering on the villages of Llanfairpwll, Porthaethwy, Pentraeth, Gaerwen and Llanddaniel.
Dr Bethan Evans works on Wednesday evening, Thursday and all day Friday, and consults in Welsh and English. Dr Evans has a special interest in Mental Health and Family Planning.
Dr Nerys Lloyd – Evans works all day Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, and consults in Welsh and English. Dr Lloyd – Evans has a special interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Minor Surgery.
Dr Martin Thomas works Monday afternoon, and consults in Welsh and English. Dr Thomas has a special interest in Dermatology.
All the doctors are Generalists.
We undertake the teaching of final year Medical Students.
