Meddygfa Star Surgery operates an OPEN ACCESS (Walk In) system on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.

This means that at these times, there is no appointment system to see the doctor.

Would patients please announce their arrival at reception, then sit and wait their turn. On occasions, this can mean rather a long wait.  Please be patient, as you will also be given the time that you need with the doctor.

There are NO OPEN ACCESS surgeries in the afternoon.  Instead, 10 minute APPOINTMENT slots are available on a Monday (between 3.30 and 5.15 p.m.) and Friday (between 4 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.) afternoon for patients who work during the daytime and find it difficult to attend open surgery in the morning, and on a Wednesday afternoon( between 4 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.) for ALL patients.
